Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston Downtown and is certified for non-profit leadership by the American Humanics Management Institute. She has provided organizational and employee assessment, productivity improvement, and leadership development since 1981.

Nancy is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and has written published articles on the subject. She has been an active member, and has Ambassador for, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and has been a featured speaker for, the Austin Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Humana Resource Managers.
George holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and is a highly-recognized public speaker and motivator, known for both his wit and insight.

George is a former executive and professor for the University of Houston Downtown, adjuct professor for Southwestern University, and is an expert in the areas of stress management, time management, and organizational development.
